Remote Review & Rating Specialist for Amazon Listings

Job Summary Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Review & Rating Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving product reviews and ratings across multiple Amazon listings. Your goal will be to ensure authentic, constructive feedback is highlighted, fraudulent or irrelevant reviews are flagged, and overall listing health is optimized to improve customer trust and satisfaction. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for e-commerce.
