Power BI Consultant- Experience Building Dashboards for Sales. EX: Salesforce

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Consultant with proven experience in designing and developing dynamic dashboards tailored for sales performance analysis, particularly integrating with platforms such as Salesforce. This role is pivotal in transforming complex sales data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data visualization, sales analytics, and customer service, enabling them to deliver impactful solutions that enhance our sales operations and customer engagement efforts. Responsibilities • Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective Power BI dashboards. • Develop, customize, and optimize interactive dashboards that visualize key sales metrics, trends, and forecasts. • Integrate Power BI with Salesforce and other CRM systems to automate data retrieval and ensure real-time reporting accuracy. • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually compelling, and aligned with organizational branding standards. • Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users for effective dashboard utilization. • Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated systems; troubleshoot issues promptly. • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes through automation or new visualization techniques. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of sales processes to ensure dashboards accurately reflect business realities. Qualifications • Proven experience building dashboards for sales performance analysis using Power BI. • Strong proficiency in integrating Power BI with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. • Excellent knowledge of data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query. • Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills. • Familiarity with sales workflows, metrics, and KPIs essential for creating relevant visualizations. • Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights clearly to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data management.
