Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports, informing business decisions and driving growth
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related role, with prior leadership experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate others
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial management and accounting principles
A positive attitude towards customer support, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and report to the District Manager as required
