Responsibilities:
Significant cold calling and phone time
The Acquisitions Manager is solely responsible for all acquisitions operations
Work as a critical part of a small team
Train and practice to build your skills as an expert negotiator
Investigate and Overcome bureaucratic hurdles to titling and ownership transfer for personal property assets
Work with clients to understand and serve their goals
Research and help to clear manufactured home title issues
Utilize a CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor progress
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and find best solutions
Research market and local Government requirements, prepare contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
Ensure a smooth and simple transaction for each seller
Perform analysis on each home value using market data
All training will be provided
Qualifications:
Strong problem solving ability required
Strong general computer literacy strictly required and tested
Must be very driven and goal-oriented
Must be able to face rejections over and over but keep moving
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
Ability to approach confrontations and navigate them tactfully
