This fully remote position involves monitoring quality processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with team leaders to maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities • Monitor and evaluate the quality of work processes, customer interactions, or product performance. • Conduct audits, reviews, and tests to identify errors, gaps, or deviations from quality standards. • Document findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with team leaders and departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Develop and update quality assurance guidelines, checklists, and documentation. • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of quality issues.
