They are seeking a REMOTE Enterprise Software Support Specialist to lead complex onboarding and integrations, assist with product configurations, and troubleshoot technical issues for their enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
• Lead complex onboarding and/or integrations
• Assist with product configurations with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Conduct tailored trainings and webinars as needed
Skills
• 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc
• Experience working with software integrations between systems
