[Remote] REMOTE Audit Manager - Up to $150K DOE + 8.5 weeks PTO

They are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead remote engagements for affordable housing entities, perform and review audits, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities • Lead remote engagements for affordable housing entities, including LIHTC partnerships and HUD-subsidized properties • Perform and review audits and financial statements for: • Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnerships • HUD programs • State and local housing agencies • Mentor and develop senior and staff auditors, providing technical guidance specific to affordable housing and real estate audits • Stay current on HUD guidance, AICPA audit standards, and regulatory changes Skills • 5-7+ years of public accounting experience • At least 1+ years of Supervisor or Management experience • Strong focus on Affordable Housing / Real Estate audits • Working knowledge of GAAS, Uniform Guidance/Single Audits/HUD audit requirements • Experience managing engagements through the full lifecycle • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related • Active CPA Benefits • Bi-Annual bonus structure • 401(k) w/ strong match • 8.5 weeks of total PTO • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage • Paid professional dues - AICPA, CPA, and other • 100% remote work environment w/ NO travel required Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.At Levelociti, we’re not just recruiters — we’re growth partners.
