[Remote] Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will prepare and submit compliance reports to federal and state agencies, ensuring accurate filings that meet regulatory requirements while collaborating closely with telecom clients. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned telecommunications clients regarding regulatory reporting Coordinate with clients to gather necessary reporting information and ensure timely submissions Analyze financial and operational data to prepare and submit compliance filings to the FCC, PUCs, and other regulatory agencies Maintain strong knowledge of industry regulatory changes and apply updates to compliance processes Skills Combination of education and a minimum of 1 year of office experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Regulatory Compliance, Taxes, Telecommunications, Utility Regulation Strong math, logic, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Strong time management skills and comfort with meeting strict deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Finance, Accounting, or Business degree is preferred 2+ years of professional experience with Excel is a plus Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.
