Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to phone inquiries from members, providing timely assistance and support
Conduct triage through phone consultations or in-home visits as required, ensuring that our members receive the care they need
Collaborate effectively with on-call physicians, maintaining precise documentation and ensuring seamless communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania
Valid Driver's License
A deep commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors
Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited institution
Prior experience in home health or geriatrics is preferred
