Key Responsibilities
Manage an extensive travel itinerary, visiting high schools and participating in college and transfer fairs to promote our institution and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and execute data-driven recruitment strategies, assessing their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to drive results.
Foster and nurture robust relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to promote our institution and support student recruitment.
Provide thorough support and proactive follow-up to prospective students through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to application.
Monitor and evaluate data to assess progress against enrollment targets, managing a budget for recruitment initiatives and ensuring precise data entry into our CRM system.
Engage in virtual recruitment efforts, including online chats, webinars, and virtual fairs, while supporting marketing initiatives and creating engagement through social media.
Assist with special projects, maintain a comprehensive understanding of admissions policies and procedures, and uphold the confidentiality of student information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems are highly desirable.
Bilingual capabilities are considered advantageous.
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
