Remote Referral Sales Specialist
Overview
Stone & Russell is seeking motivated and dynamic Remote Referral Sales Agents to join our growing nationwide team. This role is perfect for individuals who love connecting with people and are excited to help others rebuild their financial future. As a Referral Agent, you’ll earn $100 for every client who signs up through your unique referral link—no cold calling, no pressure, just passion and purpose.
Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent, a side hustler, or a community builder—this opportunity offers flexibility, weekly payouts, and the chance to make a real impact.
Duties
• Share your unique referral link via social media, text, or word-of-mouth
• Identify and engage individuals who may benefit from credit help and financial education
• Follow up with interested prospects using pre-written messages and scripts
• Maintain positive relationships and answer basic questions (we provide training!)
• Track and report your referral activity weekly
• Attend optional weekly Zoom team calls for motivation and updates
• Collaborate with our support team to ensure clients receive excellent service
Skills
• Strong communication skills (texting, social media, and/or talking to people in your network)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently
• Comfortable using basic online tools (smartphone, Google Docs, social media apps)
• Background in customer service, direct sales, retail, or community outreach is a plus
• Bilingual? Even better—we serve diverse communities across the country
• Bonus: Familiarity with credit, finance, or referral marketing (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
• $100 per paying client referred
• Weekly payouts via Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal
