Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the customer service industry
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup
Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and hiring progress
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting
