Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or sales environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available.
