[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and placing candidates for Financial Advisor positions, driving results through high-volume sourcing activity and strategic relationship-building.ResponsibilitiesDrive high-volume sourcing for strong candidates from a variety of sources (i.e., LinkedIn, Job Posting sites, referrals, social media, candidate lists, etc.)Manage job postings and interview process documents for rolesReview and assess resumesConduct initial interviews for candidatesAdminister selection toolsGuide candidates through selection process as a trusted resourceMaintain strong and consistent communication with candidates and clientsReport weekly recruiting activity to the leadership teamTrack candidate pipeline activity in our ATS to ensure accuracy and efficiencyAnalyze recruiting ratios to identify and address process bottlenecksMaintain collaborative relationships with Growth Suite team members and clientsSkills1–3 years of professional recruiting experienceProven ability to generate leads and drive activity through sourcingBachelor's degree requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to work professionally with all levels of peopleNorthwestern Mutual recruiting experience preferredBenefitsBonus compensation for results and new client originationUnlimited PTO after 90 days (with approval)Growth and development pathCompany OverviewGrowth Suite employs a comprehensive, holistic approach in partnering with our clients, while strategically looking at budget, need, and growth opportunities.
