Remote Records Coordinator(Entry Level)

Shank Bros Auto Transportation in Vestal, NY is looking for one remote records coordinator(entry level) to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Records Coordinator to join our team. As a Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing our digital and physical records... ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness

· Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital

· Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding record-keeping

· Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, scanning, and copying

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless records management

· Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track records and data

· Conduct regular audits to ensure records accuracy and integrity

· Provide training and support to staff on records management best practices

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in records management

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in records management or a related field

· High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

· Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills

· Ability to work independently in a remote setting

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint

· Experience with databases and records management software a plus

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
