- Assist with organizing and maintaining project records, including contracts, permits, and other related documents
- Input data accurately into the company's record-keeping system
- Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for record management
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
