Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Remote Real Estate Closer, where you will play a vital role in finalizing real estate transactions with precision and professionalism. Duties • Prepare and review settlement statements for real estate transactions • Balance files in accordance with lender instructions and funding requirements • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the transaction • Ensure each transaction complies with company policies and applicable laws and regulations Experience required- must have experience working at a bank, mortgage company or real estate closing firm as a closer.
