You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
? Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
? Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
? Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide financial insights.
? Collaborate and support a team to ensure consistent and excellent client service.
? Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly managing multiple client accounts.
? Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
? Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
