Remote Radiologist – AI-Driven Outpatient X-Ray Interpretation (1099)
Remote interpretation of outpatient plain film / X-ray studies using an advanced AI-supported workflow.
This role is designed for radiologists who value flexibility, efficiency, and scalable income.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist (MD or DO) to interpret outpatient plain film studies in a fully remote environment supported by advanced AI-assisted pre-reads.
The radiologist remains the final clinical authority. AI enhances efficiency but does not replace physician judgment.
This opportunity is structured for radiologists who value autonomy, productivity, and scalable income.
Core Responsibilities
• Interpret outpatient plain film / X-ray studies
• Review and edit AI-generated reports
• Approve final diagnostic interpretations
This is a high-efficiency workflow built for productivity.
Compensation
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Productivity-based compensation model
• Equivalent earnings $350–$450 per hour based on volume
• Full-time physicians commonly exceed $700,000 annually
No caps. No administrative burden. Fully remote workflow.
Workflow & Productivity Model
• Full-time equivalent volumes average approximately 300 cases per day.
• Traditional workflow: ~30 X-rays per hour
• AI-enabled workflow: ~45–60 X-rays per hour

Minimum Requirements – Must Meet All
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiologist (MD or DO)

• Comfortable in a fully remote reading environment
• Willing to work within a productivity-based compensation model
