Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of mandatory training. Customer service experience. Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word). Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
