[Remote] Quality Improvement Analyst HEDIS

The Quality Improvement Analyst HEDIS will perform ongoing measurement, analysis, and monitoring of business processes and member outcomes data sets, focusing on HEDIS measures and quality report extraction specifications. Responsibilities • Perform ongoing quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data to include HEDIS measures, service utilization and member/provider complaint trends • Develop HEDIS measures, service utilization and all quality report extraction specifications • Develop and update quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports including analysis and narrative for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables • Perform other performance and process improvement activities as needed • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards Skills • PowerBI And SQL Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or related field • 2+ years of performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement experience • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) • Experience in public sector managed care/managed behavioral health care • Experience with standard statistics software • MST or AZ Time Ideally Preferred due to business hours Benefits • Health insurance • 401K • Stock purchase plans • Tuition reimbursement • Paid time off plus holidays • A flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules Company Overview • Arizona Complete Health provides health insurance services.
