Remote Position Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in React.js and backend technologies, who is comfortable working across the full technology stack. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, has excellent communication skills, and brings a strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn new technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React.js on the frontend and Python (FastAPI) on the backend • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services • Work on PDF extraction and redaction workflows, including integration with tools such as Redacto API (or similar document processing solutions) • Implement and integrate AI/LLM-based solutions using OpenAI SDK and AWS Bedrock endpoints • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance • Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices • Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and a willingness to try different approaches to solve problems Required Skills & Qualifications • 3 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer / Engineer • Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development • Strong backend development experience using Python and FastAPI • Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations • Hands-on experience or good understanding of PDF extraction and redaction technologies (e.g., Redacto API or similar) • Working knowledge of OpenAI SDK and AWS Bedrock endpoints • Basic understanding of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, deployments, cloud environments) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders Preferred / Nice to Have • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred) • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, etc.) • Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications or document intelligence solutions Soft Skills • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership • Fire in the belly attitude to experiment, learn, and innovate • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Apply tot his job
