Were looking for a Psychiatrist licensed in Oklahoma (or IMLC LOQ eligible) to join one of our Community Mental Health Clinic (CMHC) partners in an outpatient setting, treating patients ages 5+ (primarily 18-65). This role offers the flexibility to work 24-40 hours per week and the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering impactful care. You'll work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care.

About the Role:
Setting: A CMHC 100% outpatient clinic in Oklahoma
Flexible Schedule: Part-time or Full-time hours available (24-40 hrs/wk)
Balanced Caseload: See 12-14 patients per day, with a 30% no-show rate. Compensation is not dependent on patient attendance.
Patient Population: Ages 5+ (primarily ages 18-65) with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, MDD, and psychosis.
Appointment Times: 60 minutes for initial visits, 20-40 minutes for follow-ups.
100% Remote & Fully Supported: Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a dedicated team handling administrative tasks like patient follow-ups and vitals.
Supervision of PMHNPs is required.
No On-Call Required! Enjoy work-life balance with a schedule that fits your needs.
Qualifications:
Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency and must be board-eligible or board-certified.
Active Oklahoma medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (required).
Availability for 24-40 hours per week during CST hours.
Experience and comfort treating patients ages 5+ across varying acuity levels.
Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with MyAvatar is a plus!).
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
