Remote Project Manager/Scrum Master Opportunity in Albuquerque, NM
Koniag Government Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to support a federal client with a business and IT modernization project. As a remote team member, you will have the opportunity to work from home and collaborate with a virtual, supportive team. In this role, you will provide effective leadership of Scrum teams and Agile processes, mentor team members on Agile methods and best practices, and facilitate communication and collaboration within and around the team. You will also be responsible for conducting Agile planning meetings, daily stand-ups, design reviews, demos, and retrospectives, as well as reporting on project velocity, risks, roadblocks, sprint burn-down, and project release status.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading Agile Scrum Teams, a solid understanding of Agile development methodologies, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. You will also have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and excellent technical writing skills.
