[Remote] Project Manager(Only W2 and Utility Client exp)

This role involves overseeing the delivery of a modern Electric Service Request Application and ensuring smooth integrations across various systems while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, and closeout
ā¢ Manage vendor-led system implementations and system integrators
ā¢ Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change management
ā¢ Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, OT, cybersecurity, and customer operations
ā¢ Manage integrations with GIS, Work & Asset Management, and Customer Billing systems
ā¢ Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and operational readiness
ā¢ Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Skills
ā¢ 7+ years of Project Management experience
ā¢ Utility industry experience supporting customer-facing application platforms
ā¢ Experience with electric service request systems or DER interconnection processes
ā¢ Proven success managing vendor-led system implementations and complex integrations
ā¢ Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
ā¢ Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
