Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships with key brands
Manage multiple retail and restaurant construction projects nationwide
Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
Lead project bidding, contract negotiations, and cost management
Conduct regular client meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns
Travel as needed to oversee project sites and meet with stakeholders
Utilize Smartsheet and Procore for project tracking and documentation (training available)
Identify and resolve project challenges, including budget overruns and timeline delays
Collaborate with company leadership to maintain the firm's high standards of service and professionalism

5-7 years of experience managing $1M-$5M retail or restaurant construction projects
Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
Strong client-facing skills, able to represent the company professionally and build lasting relationships
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and general contractors independently
Experience working in Owner's Representative firms, General Contractors, or construction management roles
Self-motivated and proactive, able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
Adaptable problem-solver, capable of handling difficult conversations on budget overruns and project delays
Experience with Smartsheet and Procore is a plus, but training is available
