The Project Manager is responsible for a blend of planning and execution of activities related to delivery of projects and/or financial/planning activity for their teams. While executing on project delivery, Project Managers are responsible for the success of one or more projects within a given timeline and budget, creation and maintenance of status reports, proactively managing issues and risks, and can work with third-party partners. While performing financial/planning activities, they monitor and adjust to given budgets, track work, capital spend, and support variance root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
85% Delivery and Execution: Develop and execute effective communication with Project Stakeholders, partner with stakeholders to lead the project planning effort, and create project plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks.
15% Asset and Financial Management: Participate in vendor selection and onboarding processes, execute financial management and reporting for operational, product/business, technology, and vendor partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in project management, financial analysis, and risk mitigation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Jira
Collaboration and coordination with external teams
Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to make accurate inferences from financial documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
