They are hiring a Project Manager for their Drone as First Responder program to oversee complex DFR deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high standards while connecting various teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Serve as the cross-functional hub that connects engineering, deployment, vendors, and public safety customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to Flock’s high standards. • Lead complex, multi-phase projects (ideally in technology or hardware deployment). • Align diverse teams (sales, engineering, deployment, vendors) to achieve results. • Manage hardware/software deployments and handle technical requirements. • Prioritize, identify risks, and balance competing deadlines. • Provide clear written and verbal communication for reporting, stakeholder updates, and vendor coordination. • Be resourceful and adaptable when challenges arise. • Leverage data to evaluate outcomes and drive improvements. • Streamline workflows for scale and efficiency.
