Machine Learning Scientist, Content & Conversation Modeling
Job Description: • Innovate on a suite of predictive models to help inform our content strategy. • Be a thought partner with our content strategy teams. • Partner closely with our analytics teams leveraging models globally. • Own the end-to-end ML model development lifecycle, including ideation and deployment. • Inform and influence data and ML infrastructure development. Requirements: • An ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces with a passion for translating them into practical technical solutions. • Track record of delivering business solutions leveraging Machine Learning. • Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to cross-functional partners. • Deep familiarity with the ML lifecycle and strong technical judgment for deploying models in production. • Strong experience in Python and a ML/DL framework (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MetaFlow, JAX). • An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Economics, OR, Statistics, or a related technical field. • 4+ years of relevant experience in one or more machine learning roles. • An appreciation of the creative and entertainment industry is definitely a plus.
