Key Responsibilities Fulfill customer requests with corresponding supplies and materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Receive, unload, check, and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, customer materials, and retrieve for distribution as requested. Conduct research to provide answers for customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate and compliant customer data, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Collaborate with the team to drive success and contribute to the overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications 6 months or more of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Strong computer experience, with the ability to navigate various software applications and systems. Data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute. Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems, such as CRM or data management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
