Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and tickets (using Zendesk)
Educating customers about new features and functionality
Advocating for customer needs and requests across the company
Monitoring accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing potential churn
Onboarding new accounts and delivering outstanding customer experiences

An excellent communicator with superb written and verbal skills
