(Remote) Product Owner II
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Build relationships and act as a liaison with executives, technical leads, third party vendors and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and help address immediate business needs.
ā¢ Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story creation and feature refinements.
ā¢ Balance diverse requests and priorities to build the active and vision roadmap, prioritize products during sprint planning and grooming sessions, establish goals and define content for Agile software development.
ā¢ Maintain product delivery timelines, that span multiple product verticals, by collaborating with other product and business leaders.
ā¢ Work with support teams to monitor and triage product defects and/or outages.
ā¢ Use product knowledge, analytics, market research, customer usage data, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
ā¢ Track progress against OKRs, measure the team's impact against business goals.
ā¢ Foster an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment, promoting positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and self-organization.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
ā¢ 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
ā¢ Ability to understand the "big picture" and translate into tangible Epics/User stories.
ā¢ Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories (JIRA), and following the development process through user story acceptance.
ā¢ Experience in direct-to-consumer digital products and sales and marketing tools/platforms.

ā¢ Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and resources while maintaining collaboration with other team members.
ā¢ A creative problem solver with a keen interest in ensuring the best possible experience for our users.
