[Remote] Product Manager, Cybersecurity Data-Centric Specialist

They are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in data-centric cybersecurity and AI-native product development to oversee the complete product lifecycle, engage with customers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that address critical security risks.
Responsibilities
• Design practical use cases that address critical risks (data retention, PII accumulation, compliance violations) with deep understanding of DSPM, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Transform customer security needs into precise, AI-consumable specifications using LLMs and automation frameworks—enabling rapid code generation, testing, and documentation that dramatically accelerates customer time-to-value from ideation to production
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from roadmap development to go-to-market execution, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards while maintaining delivery velocity
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand security challenges, validate use cases, and ensure Qostodian delivers tangible risk reduction and measurable business value
• Leverage LLMs, automation frameworks, and modern development tools to streamline requirement creation, reduce documentation overhead, and accelerate time-to-value while maintaining precision
• Create user guides, technical specifications, and release notes that serve both AI systems and human users, while ensuring robust QA processes protect product reliability
• Work closely with AI-accelerated engineering teams, marketing, and sales to ensure successful feature deployment, customer adoption, and continuous feedback loops
• Define and monitor KPIs related to delivery velocity, risk reduction, and feature impact—using insights to optimize both product outcomes and development pipeline efficiency
Skills
• A strong alignment with our core values (preference for those with genuine start-up, high growth, ser A, B, C or high velocity company experience)
• A minimum of 6 years' experience in data-centric cybersecurity, with a deep understanding of risk management, data security, and compliance challenges
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
• A minimum of 6 years' experience in product management, particularly in developing customer-aligned use case scenarios
• A strong ability to ‘roll up ones sleeves' to get the job done
• Familiarity with tools and environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Workspace
• Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value to enterprise customers
• Experience launching AI Products and a thorough understanding of the stochastic nature of AI roll-outs and other unique factors involved
• Experience working in a Startup environment
• Bilingual (EN/FR)
