[Remote] Product Manager, Agentforce for Supply Chain, Super Agent

The Product Manager for Agentforce for Supply Chain will execute the vision for an AI-driven workflow engine and data platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes. Responsibilities Feature Ownership: Own the feature lifecycle for specific components or minor feature tracks from discovery through launch and iteration Technical Specification: Translate high-level strategic goals into clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering Execution: Act as the voice of the customer within the development process, managing the product backlog, prioritizing sprints, and driving consistent delivery using Agile methodologies Customer & Market Research: Conduct detailed user interviews and quantitative analysis to deeply understand the pain points of supply chain operators and identify product opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Engineering and Design (UX/UI) to ensure technical feasibility and deliver intuitive, enterprise-grade user experiences Skills A related technical degree required 1-3 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS environments Excellent spoken and written communication with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to collaborate with virtual and global cross-functional teams and work closely with engineering, design, and customer success Rigor and consistency in managing product backlogs and executing delivery Exposure to the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry Familiarity with enterprise SaaS challenges such as complex permission models, integration technologies, and large-scale data governance Familiarity with the Salesforce platform ecosystem (e.g., APIs, platform services) Benefits Time off programs Medical Dental Vision Mental health support Paid parental leave Life and disability insurance 401(k) Employee stock purchasing program Company Overview Salesforce is a cloud-based software company that provides customer relationship management software and applications.
