Responsibilities • Coordinate the overall progress of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) operations in the United States. • Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and technical issues arising during the manufacturing process. • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows and timelines. Skills • Proven experience in manufacturing operations within the United States. • Background in the production of electronic or electrical products, preferably including servers. • Demonstrated project management experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of basic electronic circuit principles and solid logical skills for failure analysis. • Familiarity with electronic product manufacturing processes and standard process requirements. • Willingness to be on-site at manufacturing facilities and to travel frequently as needed.
