We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Architect to develop and improve standardized processes and procedures related to software development lifecycles, technical operational activities, and solutioning practices. As a lead member of our team, you will contribute to Kaizen activities, process improvement initiatives, and assist in the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement processes, procedures, and methods to improve efficiency and productivity
Monitor results from audit procedures to support continuous improvement
Develop process workflows using BPM guidelines
Develop or modify policies, processes, and procedures
Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements to processes
Review work performed by team members to ensure processes and procedures meet quality objectives
Communicate process changes to all affected parties

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in process architecture or a related field
Strong skills in SDLC, process workflow, and communication
Proficient in developing and improving process and procedure templates, diagrams, and documentation standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
