This role is equal parts phlebotomist + problem-solver + relationship builder. Travel between LTC communities daily (your route = your responsibility) Perform blood draws + urine collections with confidence and care Work closely with elderly patients—patience and compassion matter here Handle specimen labeling, documentation, and chain of custody like a pro Use our LIS system (Genuin) for orders and tracking Transport all specimens back to the lab for processing Build strong relationships with staff at each facility What Your Day Feels Like:No two days are exactly the same—but you’ll always have structure.
