[Remote] Private Wealth Financial Planner

They are seeking a Private Wealth Financial Planner to lead and support advanced planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering comprehensive financial strategies and an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Serve as the lead planner for ultra-high-net-worth and complex client relationships
ā¢ Develop, present, and maintain comprehensive financial plans including retirement, tax, estate, risk management, and investment planning
ā¢ Translate complex strategies into clear, actionable recommendations
ā¢ Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service
ā¢ Participate in and lead client meetings, reviews, and follow-up strategy implementation
ā¢ Ensure a seamless, white-glove client experience
ā¢ Collaborate with advisors and external professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys, etc.) on advanced planning strategies
ā¢ Contribute to sophisticated planning opportunities that support revenue growth and deepen client relationships
ā¢ Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning projections and align investment strategies with comprehensive financial plans
ā¢ Contribute to firm-wide planning standards and best practices
ā¢ Support internal education around financial planning strategies
ā¢ Identify opportunities to improve systems, technology, and workflows
ā¢ Help drive organic growth through exceptional service and referral opportunities
Skills
ā¢ CFPĀ® designation required
ā¢ 3ā5+ years of advanced financial planning experience, preferably with ultra-high-net-worth clients
ā¢ Strong technical knowledge across retirement, tax, estate, and investment planning
ā¢ Experience in presenting financial plans directly to clients
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
ā¢ Knowledgeable in Excel, eMoney, tax, and planning software
ā¢ Series 65
