[Remote] Principal Engagement Manager, Professional Services, Upmarket (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Procore Technologies is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to join their Professional Services team. In this role, you will architect and implement innovative solutions while driving strategic customer success and partnering with stakeholders to lead high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and execute complex, multi-solution engagements to deliver exceptional value to our customers
ā¢ Manage resources and timelines to oversee the successful delivery of continued success packages
ā¢ Define a comprehensive services roadmap that aligns with our strategic company goals
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable outcome visions with key enterprise customers
ā¢ Develop solution maps by identifying system dependencies and integration points across the platform
ā¢ Partner with sales and customer success teams to establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships
ā¢ Orchestrate services roles and workstreams across both pre-sales and post-sales motions effectively
ā¢ Surface relevant data insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize overall performance
Skills
ā¢ 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, SaaS Customer Success, or Professional Services
ā¢ 4+ years of industry-specific experience in construction or business transformation consulting for construction-related clients
ā¢ Strong strategic thinking and planning skills used for refining external and internal business strategies
ā¢ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences
ā¢ Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives to maximize customer value
ā¢ Basic proficiency in API usage for troubleshooting and understanding system interactions
ā¢ Strong data analysis skills to uncover actionable insights and optimize business performance
ā¢ Willingness to travel to client sites and company events up to 40% of the time
