[Remote] Principal Consultant, Integrations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Groove is a dynamic company seeking a Principal Consultant in their Integrations practice. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technical realms, tackling intricate system puzzles and driving successful integrations for clients.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Dive into the heart of business and IT collaborations, confirming requirements, exploring design options, and driving sign-offs
ā¢ Navigate the technical impacts of configuration decisions, communicating effectively with stakeholders
ā¢ Craft detailed system interface specs, field mappings, and process designs that bring solutions to life
ā¢ Develop, test, and deploy integrations that fulfill business needs, ensuring seamless operations
ā¢ Empower clients with knowledge, guiding them in developing and managing interfaces within a SaaS environment
ā¢ Keep track of issues, communicate progress, and escalate concerns when needed, ensuring project success
Skills
ā¢ 3-5 years of consulting experience, with a passion for technical challenges
ā¢ Hands-on experience in technical or techno-functional roles on ERP projects using SOA tools like SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, or Workday Studio
ā¢ Proficiency in web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, and more
ā¢ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration
ā¢ Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset, with superb Excel skills
ā¢ Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities with ease
ā¢ Ability to work autonomously and travel up to 50% when needed
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields preferred
