 Client Consultation:
 Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements
 Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
 Itinerary Planning:
 Locate detailed and customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements
 Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services
 Booking and Reservations:
 Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services
 Ensure accuracy in reservations, confirmations, and travel documents
 Research and Destination Knowledge:
 Stay informed about cruise trends, visa requirements, weather conditions, and local attractions for various destinations
 Research and establish relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers
 Budget Management:
 Work within clients' specified budgets to create cost-effective travel plans
 Provide transparent cost breakdowns and options for clients to make informed decisions
 Customer Service:
 Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly
 Handle unexpected issues or changes to travel plans with efficiency and professionalism
 Documentation and Compliance:
 Stay informed about travel regulations and advise clients accordingly
 Sales and Marketing:
 Promote travel packages and special deals to attract new clients
 Collaborate with suppliers and attend industry events to stay updated on promotions and discounts
