We are looking for Inbound Call Center Agents to serve as the liaison between our company and its customers. Gardens Alive ships both live goods as well as gardening products, to our many customers each spring and fall. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This position is 100% remote and necessary equipment to do your job successfully will be provided. This position is seasonal with the potential of becoming regular year-round after two seasons.
Responsibilities
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers through high service standards.
Enter customer orders, clarify information and identify & resolve customers needs.
Seize opportunities to upsell products as they arise, resulting in commission opportunities.
Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets.
Skills & Abilities -
Minimum of one year experience in a customer support role, contact center experience a plus.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on proper grammar
Customer focus and adaptability
GED or High school diploma required- Minimum.
Problem solving skills.
Positive attitude
Attention to detail.
Physical Requirements -

The position is regularly required to sit at a desk/computer.
