We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Travel Agent who specializes in booking Disney vacations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream Disney vacations, whether it's a magical trip to Walt Disney World, an enchanting voyage with Disney Cruise Line, or a captivating adventure at Disneyland Resort.
• *Responsibilities:**
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized travel advice to clients seeking Disney vacations
• Utilize your expertise and knowledge of Disney destinations, resorts, theme parks, and cruise ships to recommend the perfect vacation options for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements
• Handle all aspects of the booking process, including securing accommodations, arranging park tickets, dining reservations, transportation, and coordinating special experiences such as character meet-and-greets and VIP tours
• Stay updated on the latest offerings, promotions, and events at Disney destinations to provide clients with the most up-to-date information and recommendations
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and online chat to answer questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the booking process and during their vacation
• Collaborate with other team members to share insights, best practices, and industry trends related to Disney vacations
• *Requirements:**
• Proven experience as a travel agent specializing in Disney vacations
• In-depth knowledge of Disney destinations, resorts, theme parks, and cruise ships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and reservation systems
