 Utilize systems such as EPIC, Artiva, and TCN for effective call management and information retrieval.
Required Skills
 Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
 Proficiency in technology and computer systems, ensuring efficient handling of patient inquiries.
 Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate billing challenges effectively.
 Capability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, restaurant, or call center settings.
 High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
