5 php pages with mysql (must be fluent in php) for a small non-profit charity

I am looking for a skilled developer who is fluent in PHP & MYSQL to create some PHP pages for a small non-profit charity project I am working on I know this is possible with Wordpress, and other CRM software but I don't want to install Wordpress and then have to maintain it, as its way more bloat than what I need. I also don't want any frameworks like Laravel I want to keep this as simple and efficient as possible, just PHP/MySQL What I would like to receive from you: Zip file or Google Drive/One Drive link where I would download a zip file containing: php pages, html/css pages text file with MySQL schema required I would then upload the files to the server and test This small website would be running on a Ubuntu 24.04 server, with Apache2 & PHP Database content would be in MariaDB Basically, what I want to do is to copy the login/create account functionality of this website: And then modify it for my local nonprofit club specific needs. I choose because I like how their signup process works, and how simple it is. Initially we would need these 5 pages: register, login, recover password, dashboard, my account Obviously the dashboard & my account pages need to be locked down to only allow access after successful authentication. The register, login, recover password pages would be public Once this part is working, the next step is I would want to include more information specific to the club and its members, and have that displayed on the dashboard or my account pages when the member logs in. Email functions would be done use Sendgrid API, so if you are familiar with Sendgrid, that would be ideal: I can provide my Sendgrid API key for testing I have attached .PDF and screen captures showing the process I want to duplicate I have tried to find someone who can make this several times now, and have been disappointed and misled, so just to be crystal clear, I am looking for plain PHP no frameworks, bootstraps, CMS, etc. I selected Hourly, but also open to Fixed Price Project Apply tot his job
