Responsibilities:

 Lead the marketing team in the creation of compelling content, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising
 Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company objectives and market needs
 Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges within the travel industry
 Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI
 Manage partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to expand our market reach and brand recognition
 Lead the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to drive online traffic and engagement
 Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
 Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
 Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
 Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven growth and brand engagement
 Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, analytics tools, and social media platforms
 Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
 Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
