What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate check-in and check-out processes
 Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patients both in person and over the phone
 Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
 Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow
 Handle insurance verification and manage payment collection processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School diploma or equivalent required
 Minimum of three years of customer service experience, with clerical experience in a clinical setting preferred
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced phone and verbal communication skills
 Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and adapt to changing departmental needs
 Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekdays, and weekends as necessary
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience with Epic EMR system
 Bilingual in Spanish and English
 Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare setting
