Will be a colleague of ModerateTeam USA. You will monitor and control the comments, videos and live chats of various YouTube channels. Ensure a positive environment for all YouTube users. You will work in accordance with company rules and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
 Monitor comments, videos and live chat content of various YouTube channels for compliance with YouTubeÂs policies.
 Stay up-to-date with company policies to ensure uploaded content adheres to policy.
 Investigate user inquiries and respond to their complaints in a professional manner in a timely manner.
 Publisher will try to verify the authenticity of uploaded content
Eligibility:
 Minimum 1 year experience as a YouTube moderator or similar moderator.
 High school diploma or related skill certificate
 Must have proper knowledge of YouTube policies and community guidelines.
 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment
 Must have quick problem solving and decision making abilities.
