Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using chat software and customer management tools.
Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Ability to adapt communication style based on customer needs.
