[Remote] Associate, Marketplace, DashPass Growth Strategy & Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help grow DashPass, DoorDash’s subscription business. The role involves owning the ideation and execution of key strategic initiatives to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth, focusing on optimizing the acquisition funnel and developing go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities • Develop sound acquisition strategies using customer-first thinking. • Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across everything from promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets, optimizing for what resonates with our consumers. • Assess the operational and financial impacts of your initiatives, using insights to iterate. • Partner with a variety of teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute on plans. Skills • You have 2-3 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience. • You’re a strategic thinker and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions. • You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel. • You’re able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively. • You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals. • You have a strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once.
